Andz was founded in 2013 by two young qualified and enterprising individuals Sunil Mohanan and Roshni Prakash.T. Within a short span of time the firm saw unprecedented growth and is today a well known and much sought after firm for interior and architectural solutions.

As founder of ANDZ, Sunil has over 17 years of experience across a wide range of residential, hospitality and commercial projects and is a seasoned and accomplished interior designer. He is a masterful conceptual planner and has a passionate eye for every detail. He had an extensive experience working in Dubai for big companies like DEPA interiors and Greenline Interiors before starting on his own. While working in Depa, he got opportunities to work in some of the prestigious projects such as the tallest tower Burj Khalifa, Hilton Hotel. And in Greenline Interiors he got ample experience in furniture and joinery industry. ANDZ is his vision of a one-stop, full service, turnkey interior design practice that caters to clients every need, from conceptual planning and design to full execution and after sales support. He brings entrepreneurial and managerial capabilities, business development and conceptual skills, in addition to extensive design experience.

Roshni holds a bachelor of architecture degree from College of engineering, Trivandrum. Her architectural background has given her a strong foundation in design principles of space planning, and composition. She too had an extensive experience working in Dubai for big companies like DEPA interiors and Reyami Interiors associating for big projects like Burj Khalifa, PPM Conrad Hotel to name one among the many. Roshni puts her client’s needs at the center of every design concept to create uniquely inspired spaces with restraint, sophistication, and elegance. Her attention to detail helps in achieving visually appealing and functional results and she ensures projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
